• Click the Link Below to Access Plans.  Once you click , you will be prompted to enter the user name and password:

DO NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER TO ACCESS THE FTP SITE !!! IT WILL NOT WORK

• Open “My Computer” (this should be in your “start” menu)
• Copy & Paste the link below into the address bar in “My Computer” and press the enter button on your keyboard

• You will then be prompted to enter the user name and password

• If you wish to request the user name and password, please complete the “REQUEST FOR PLANS” form below and email it to

(on this form, if you aren’t able to type on the form click “Open with Different Viewer” and select Adobe Acrobat)

Once the form is completed, you can click on

1. File
2. Save
3. Send File

To send it to Sheryl or Wes

• Once both fields are complete, press Log On

• Now you have access to view, copy, drag and drop files to your desktop from the FTP site.
